Searching for Private or Hard Money Lenders for investment deals
I have a nice 2 unit brick in Chicago Illinois. I am seeking finance for the purchase and rehab price of the property. It has a ton of equity in it and i would like to on it. After rehab, there will be anywhere between a 100-134k of equity in the property making it worth 309k!
