Note Purchasers Needed

I create seller financed notes in the course of business from both the homes I sell via seller financing and notes I create to purchase properties. I am looking for note purchasers of both residential and commercial properties. Please let me know your purchasing/investing criteria so I can better construct the notes we create. If you are a note purchaser, please feel free to let me know your purchasing criteria including: 

• Preferred tenor (e.g. 36 months)
• Target interest rate
• Seasoning requirements (i.e. # of successful payments made) 
• Minimum FICO scores
• Any other requirements you may have

Note: I primarily invest in the Atlanta, GA metro area. This is the area where the majority of the properties securing the notes will be located.
