Who is a wholesale terms buyer in the Denver area?

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a buy and hold investors that work with terms in the Denver, Colorado area who is interested in taking over payments with the intent to purchase at a later time. 

The investor will get 60 months to purchase the property, 15%-40% Gross Investor Profit, excluding a Repair Cost Estimate allowance.
