Looking for asset-based lending in Kansas
Hi everyone looking for an asset-based lending company in Kansas? Found a pretty good opportunity if I can get the deal funded. The purchase price on this house is $88,000 back to repair value and county appraisal is that 147,000 strictly cosmetic.
