Has anybody worked with any Hard Money Lenders (HML) lending in the Kansas City, MO (KCMO) area? I'm looking for recommendations from investors who have gone all the way through the process.

HMLs are welcome to contact me via PM.  I'm looking to potentially utilize HM on fix and holds.
