$85k for California home that sold for $210k back in the day.
Just got it under contract today, escrow will close Nov. 6. If you're not going to be the one to bring this one back to its former glory, I will!
In terms of buy-and-hold, there is currently a tenant in there paying $700/month, but he will be out before escrow closes.
