Hi, I run a 400 member real estate investing meetup group in the Sacramento / Roseville area, and we need more good deals! I am trying to find "real" wholesalers, who are able to generate real deals, not just slightly lower priced deals from MLS, as these are not good deals for flips and rehabs. If you are an experienced wholesaler with a track record of finding deals, let's talk!
