Invest with an experienced real estate rehabbing company in one of the high end neighborhoods in Northshore, Chicago.

Here are the numbers:

Acquisition price - $450,000.00

Rehab estimates - $340,000.00

After Repair Value - $1,150,000.00

Gross profit (without financing cost) - $245,000.00 (After covering for carrying cost/commissions)

We will have a hard money lender fund 75% of the acquisition price and 100% of the rehab cost.

We will be bringing $75,000.00 for the project and are expecting to raise another $75,000.00 from a private money lender.
