BILL GULLEY AND GENERAL REAL ESTATE ACADEMY
Announcing a really one of a kind real estate and business education site!
General Real Estate Academy.Com (GREA)
Some disclosures are in order, I'm Bill Gulley and this site has been a brain child for a year today actually, I do not own GREA, but I'm the main contributor.
Today is also my 6th Anniversary on BP, 6 years ago today and I'll be here, as usual, if the good Lord is willing and the creek don't rise!
I just received the terms of use for the GREA website and sent it to our IT support guy, as soon as he loads it, we will be "on the air" hopefully within an hour or so.
It's been a year's worth of work and months by others supporting this educational site.
Course One of the Real Estate Basics 101 contains over 31,000 words, in ten lessons.
No, I'm not turning guru, I'm teaching what investors and operators really need to know to be successful and stay out of trouble.
This basic course, along with more to come are free! Yes, FREE!
If you find value in our courses we hope you'll donate to pay costs and keep the lights on and the knowledge made available to all who may not be in a position to pay for an education.
The courses are not difficult, but it's no walk in the park guru course telling you want you want to hear, there is no fluff, no puffing, no talk of you making a million bucks by Christmas! There are quizzes to take, it's open book, designed to make you learn.
Take this course and I guarantee you'll be head and shoulders above the investors and operators you have met on the internet!
These are the real tools to succeed in real estate! I promise!
Only serious folks need to register, no pain, no gain!
We will have blogs, by professionals, attorneys, CPA's, compliance professionals and real educators with business expertise, just as you would have in a college course, not like boot camps or seminars by fast talking "educators".
Forums interact with each lesson, I will usually be the one to interact with you. You might get lucky and have other professionals answer your questions too.
And, in the "Student Union" you'll find other students to chat with as well.
We have used some great educational technology and promise to bring you more.
Hope you will support us in our efforts.
Now, you can learn real estate before dealing in real estate.
Best of luck in your career! :)
