Want 2-3 bedroom SFR in the Raleigh/Durham area, Need terms till bank qualified, have down payment, Max $1k monthly payment and Prox $100-$150k purchase price.Some repair/decorating ok. No rehab projects.

Since it appears all posters so far are from outside NC, just note that the NC legislature enacted a bill to regulate Lease Options several years ago.
