If you're like me I had a hard time keeping track of my rent and expenses on a regular xls.  So I decided to cobble together a simple Visual Basic program for myself and thought others may benefit as well.  

That's why I started RentTracker.com sixteen years ago.

Today we are using the latest cloud based technology and both iOS and Android apps but sticking with the original intent of keeping it simple and inexpensive for the beginning to intermediate buy and hold investor.
