SEEKING JOB as Real Estate Assistant (Denver area)
My name is Alice, and I live in Aurora, Colorado. While I learn what I can as a pro member on BP, I would like to find a job as a real estate assistant, ideally for an active flipper or investor. Sales is not my thing, so I have no interest in becoming an agent. I learn best by seeing and doing. Being able to watch the process of property investing up close would be ideal for me because my ultimate goal is to become an investor myself
I was a housewife for 12 years; that's over now, and I would like to support myself by flipping properties. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time, but I have a lot to learn. Meanwhile, I believe immersing myself into the real estate world as an assistant will be a great first step.
It's been quite a while since my last paying job, but my clerical skills remain useful and relevant. I am comfortable with PC, Mac, and iOS, and I know I can learn Android easily if need be. Same for any software programs that may be new to me. I'm great on the phone, I can keep your schedule in order, and I type like the wind.
