Need A Private Lender for a Good Deal

I have a property I'm looking into at the moment. I haven't made an offer only because i'm trying to get financing for this property. ARV is 210,000 Asking for $120,000 but ill offer no more than $90,000. Repairs come out to $20,000 and Im looking to sell right after wards. If anyone wants to know more on this deal please reply and lets talk more. Property is located in Westchester County NY
