Looking for a Section 8 Partner

Looking to find a partner to buy a Section 8 with. You must buy 2 books before we work together. They are the Section 8 Bible. You can find it online. I've read these books and these are the ones I insist we go by. They have been highly recommended before to me and these guys know what they're doing.
