Seeking experienced Realtor for Oakland multi-family investments
Looking to buy one or more multi-family properties in San Francisco or the East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley in particular). At least one of the deals will be an owner-occupied situation. I am looking for anyone (or anyone with references) who is savvy with off-market, foreclosures, REO, etc and can think creatively. Let me know if that's you... or if you know someone like that.
