I am looking for inventory in the vicinity of Chicago, Baltimore, Atlanta, Philly, South Jersey, Grand Rapids, MI.....I have cash buyers in these markets.. 

Also I am looking for a 50/50 with boots on the ground JV's nationwide for split on seller leads I provide and we close on. Some I will already have a buyer for and you should also have a buyers list.
