Openings available for investors are on a limited basis.
We actively identify and purchase homes in our local market near Charlotte, NC with an average LTV of 50%. We often create a note by owner-financing the property to our tenant-buyer. Once we've seasoned the buyer, we look for investors to purchase the note at a discounted rate and secured with a deed of trust. We are happy to service the note in house at no extra cost to the investor. Our investors receive monthly cash flow right from the start.
We also offer a turnkey operation for flips. We have contractors and a formula that works. You buy the house, I get the rehab quotes, you pay the contractor as work is completed. I sell it, you make money!

I am an attorney and have been practicing law in Cabarrus County for nearly five years through my own law firm. I always knew that real estate investing would make my dreams a reality and so I studied and networked very hard for nearly a decade.
I started actively doing real estate deals about three years ago and have successfully completed over 60 wholesale/rent-to-own/flip deals.(I’ve only had one deal go bad and I used my own money to pay back my attorney friend for my mistake.)
