Hi Looking for a RESPONSIVE agent how is EXPERIENCED with investors and who owns properties him/herself in Hoston area who is able to SPOT good deals for rentals and can work with out of state investor. I need someone who does this for a FULL time and who is very responsive and is comfortable communicating via texts e -mails and calls consistently and who can analyze cash flowing properties and comp out repairs and ARV's fluently.
