Asking $30K per door. Current market is at $34 per door.

I am direct.  Financials etc., available upon request and delivered to to those that have a bio that can be vetted at the request.

Owners are selling because they are no longer physically located in Houston, and can refi, but rather not as they are not physically in Houston any more. They like to keep a personal touch on their REI.

A non binding LOI with a company bio and/or A POF per door is required to meet the owners.
