Commercial Lender Wanted in North Carolina for a Small Apartment
Looking for advice or hear any recent success stories about a good lender for a Small Apartment building funding.(all our previous ways and tricks are not working this time) My partner and I have a signed contract and all the lenders we have reached out too so far in the end cannot commit.(maybe they already too much holiday celebrations and closed there books for the year) We are looking for between $1-1.5 million loan. Thanks for all the help and support.
