Looking for Lender to Refi and Finance Primary

Hi there,

I've got two needs:

1. Conventional financing for a primary residence. It needs some work, so maybe a 203k or additional financing for construction loans would be nice.

2. I'd like to look into refi my current mortgage and pulling some cash out.

I've got some quotes on rates, but I'd love to shoot business to BP members if possible.
