I'm looking to network and partner with other wholesalers in Northern and Central New Jersey. I'm specifically looking for wholesalers that currently have deals under contract that isn't moving off the books or you're a newer wholesaler and you don't have a buyer for your deal. I can market and bring a potential buyer to the table (if it's a good deal of course). I have a huge cash buyer's list ready for deals :)
