Large Package in Rochester, NY

Hey BP,

I'm a realtor and investor here in Rochester, NY. I work for a large Property Manager, Lighthouse Management, LLC. We have a client who is selling a package of 89 properties. The package consists of all singles, doubles, 1-3family, and 1-4 family. We have evenly broken this package into 9 groups of 10 houses. Each smaller package has roughly 6 singles and 4 doubles. We're offering some great perks with these packages:

-8% management indefinitely

-FREE Maintenance for 6 months-- maintenance work will not be deferred. it will be completed

-All reasonable work will be completed prior to closing, and roofs near life's end

-All CofO's that expire in 2016 will be provided new, any CofO's expiring in 2017 or later will be taken as existing
