Looking for Private Funds for Cash Flowing Multi Aquistions
Our Company Christopher Ellyn Homes is looking to hold some multi family properties. We have funds to be able to purchase cash as well as a lender lined up for Cash out Refi's. I'm looking to partner with another investor to not tie up the currently available capital. I'm looking for private money rates. You will have a first position mortgage.
Current example is a 12 unit we're looking at. Purchase price of 250k Cash. NOI 36k. Will appraise at 300k based off an income appraisal.
Looking for either short term or long term funding. I can do a cash out refi typically in 6 months or less.
However if you want to hold it longer I have no problem managing it and providing a great return.
