REI Co hiring FT Acquisitions Specialist (Mobile, Alabama)

Our Mobile, Alabama based real estate investment company is seeking to hire a motivated full time employee for the position of Acquisitions Specialist. This person will be focused on helping us to acquire new properties to rehab and "flip". Duties will include inspecting properties, running comps to determine value, contacting property owners, etc all in an attempt to acquire property below market value. Applicants must hold an Active or Inactive Alabama Real Estate license (or qualify to transfer and out of state license to Alabama). Any type of sales, marketing and negotiation experience is a huge plus. On the job training provided as this is a very specialized skill set.

Reliable transportation is required. Travel/milage reimbursement paid for any vehicle usage. Background check and drug screening required of all applicants. Position is full time. Pay is $12-16 per hour (DOE) plus BCBS health insurance plan and a large performance/bonus plan. Bonus plan is substantially larger portion of pay than the hourly rate. Compensation for the right person will easily exceed $60k.
