Become a Real Estate Investor and Have A Secured Paycheck Also?

Yep. You read it right.

You can have it BOTH ways.

You can become a real estate investor AND still have a secured paycheck.

You can have your cake and eat it too!

How?

Run my real estate company based in Chicago IL (currently we have our headquarter in the suburb of Downers Grove). We have acquired, sold and leased over $18M worth of investment real estate since 2003.

I am looking for one who has experience in operations or experience in managing and growing a business. It does not have to be real estate. For example, if you have experience in growing a small business from $1M and grew it to $10M, I want you. If you have helped the owner of a 1-branch restaurant and grown it into 10-branches, I want you.

I don't care about your degree or even if you don't have one. I pay for good talent and only hire people with good attitudes. Even if you're retired and need to go back to work - I'm open to that too.

You will receive a good salary ($60K/year) with ownership shares of my company giving you a share to the upside. You will learn how to wholesale houses, how to do fix-n-flip and how to run a rental portfolio. In other words, you will learn it all.

You can finally become a real estate investor by running a real estate company and get paid doing so.

How cool is that?

If you want to talk, send me a PM or send me via PM your resume.

P.S. Why am I hiring someone to run my real estate operations? I need someone who can take what I started and bring it to a higher level. Also, I want to spend more time growing our Hard Money Lending business.
