San Antonio Investor to give local look for you
I have been buying, wholesaling and rehabbing properties for over 10 years. If you are out of state and need someone to check out a property for you, I can do that. I can email a few pictures and give you a quick write up of the property. We can discuss also. I am NOT a licensed inspector, but I know what investors look for in an investment property because I am one. I do this for investors only.
