Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are new Real Estate Investors in the state of Florida. We've been working as hard money lenders and now landlords for 2 units in Providence, RI. We've fully immersed ourselves as investors and are now full time. Investors are all over the place in South Florida so competition is tough. 

If anyone would be willing to share some of their knowledge with us we would appreciate it. We'd be happy to partner on deals and provide funding as needed.
