San Antonio Duplex near Woodlawn Lake

I've got a duplex near Woodlawn Lake that will cash flow great for 79.9k. Needs about 30k in work, but should get 750-850 rent per side depending on rehab.

The interior is incomplete, but electrical (separate meters) and plumbing is roughed in.  Property needs someone to finish it out and rent it!

Duplex is located between St. Mary's University and Woodlawn Lake.  Prime location to get great rents.  Let me know if you're interested!
