Are you very organized and obsessed with creating SYSTEMS for everything that you do? Are you ENTREPRENEURIAL at the same time - meaning you LOVE business, making it grow and making it produce massive income?
Do you like accomplishing things through the help of other people? Are you a LEADER?
Do you love REAL ESTATE and fascinated with its many aspects of creating revenue?
If so, I want to HIRE you as the President of OPERATIONS for my real estate company. You will be compensated a good base salary AND an ownership stake in my company. Your responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing and managing the heads of the different departments (Acquisitions, Sales, Marketing and Project Management)
2. Developing systems to ensure all the operations are systematized and will produce consistent results
3. Growing the business by formulating strategies, developing a 3-year business plan and quarterly action plan and implementing these plans
4. In the first 3 months, doing hands on work in Marketing and then identifying and hiring a Marketing Manager
You are the right candidate if you:
1. Are honest and have integrity
2. Have leadership skills
3. Are very organized and highly disciplined
4. Have experience in growing a business - preferably your own or those of others
5. Are a good communicator both in writing and orally
6. Have good BUSINESS SENSE
7. Have a good grasp of the numbers (Income, Cashflow, Networth) or have the propensity to learn the numbers and master them
8. Are comfortable with handling multiple priorities and yet know how to FOCUS
9. Have high energy and contagious enthusiasm
and
10. Are TEACHABLE and humble enough to listen and learn from others
Experience in real estate investing is NOT required. A college degree is not required also. Base salary is $60,000/year and you get ownership shares in the company based on you meeting certain profit targets & other metrics of the business.
