Seeking Funding in Memphis TN
I have found a small 6 unit apartment and a 10 unit apartment.
Both buildings are completely vacant and are in great rental areas.
I simply need funding for 8-9 months at which time I will be able to refinance.
These are multifamily units in Memphis TN.
Is there a Lender that would lend for small commercial buildings with 10% down ?
