Grand Rapids MI-Looking for Land Contract to close this deal

Hello,

I am working on a deal in GR with a woman trying to start over. She wants to go through with it only if i find her a land contract home in the area. If you have a 3/1 in the area looking for a land contract tenant i would like to talk.

I do not know her history except she is employed.

I would love to hear from anyone with ideas or options in the GR area.
