Shark Tank Alumnus Yuen Yung Inks Deal With RealStarter
Today we inked our first third promoter on the RealStarter site. We have previously raised around $2M for 4 of our own projects via crowdfunding, but this is our first project for a third party. Yuen Yung has a $50M private equity fund through Casoro Capital which he started with other experienced apartment syndicators I know in the Austin area. Here is a picture someone from our team took at our office to highlight the occasion:
Yuen appears to be in better shape than I am ;-) I guess I need to start doing the cardio sessions my trainer is putting on my calendar instead of skipping them!
If anyone wishes to check out Yuen's Shark Tank episode here is a link to it:

The deal fell apart with Mr. Wonderful after the episode because of terms that he wanted. Yuen sold the franchise to a private equity firm and is now involved in raising money for his new real estate fund with the help of Monte Le-Wen. I have included his pitch deck with this message for everyone to check out. Shares in the fund are $250k and are limited to accredited investors. The deal should be live on our site around the end of this week after escrow is open with our broker-dealer and bad actor checks are done. Here are some of the marketing documents that will have current versions at all times on our site listing:

I'm happy to answer questions in the thread or via email if you have them. Many of the questions will need to be directed to Yuen, but I am happy to facilitate this if needed.
We are in the process of bringing in around 20 more developers with great projects over the next few months as well. We hope to be the site with the best dealmakers and thus the best deals.
Our white label solutions will be available for promoters with more than 10 years of experience and documents for raising capital in the coming 2 or so months. If you wish to learn more about this please send me an email at the address in my signature so we can talk. The cost of the software is very low (~$2k or less in most cases) and we will only charge for technology services when we provide value as part of our licensing agreement. Let's talk if you're an experienced developer or syndicator.
