Looking for Good Insurance Agent & Company Chicago Suburbs, IL
Hello,
We are looking to start and build relationship with a new insurance agent or company who understands insuring buy & hold SFR / Townhomes.
We are buy and hold investors and have a portfolio of properties that we need to get insurance every year. The first set of properties are due for renewal March first.
Currently we are with StateFarm and before we start renewing our properties with them for 2016, I wanted to shop around and get some quote comparison and bring new insurance agent to our team. We also need vacant property insurances on our flips.
We are looking for an agent who can provide great customer service and can work with the investor mindset.
