Looking For Investors in Chicago interested in MultiFamily

I am looking for investors that are interested in purchasing 9 individual apartments. Ranging from 2 bedroom 1 bath to 3 bedroom 2 bath. These properties are separate units spread between 5 different locations. All of them are located within Chicago. All of them are in rentable condition and two of them are located very close to the University of Chicago. I would like to sell these units in one block as apposed to piecing them out.
