Hi Everyone!

Seller decided he needs out asap! He is going through some personal issues and is literally giving it away. The properties are cash flowing and currently net $84000 yr. However, if properly managed they can easily cash flow 90k+ a year!

At 84k its an 18.6% Cap Rate at 90k its got a high cape rate of 20%. Be as creative as you want with these properties... easy to RTO, buy and flip or just buy and hold.
