Hello, I am part of a partnership and we are having trouble finding homes. REO homes here go like hot cakes. We have been outbid or offer rejected many times now and we just can't seem to get started. We are serious about this and not here today and gone tomorrow. I am looking for a wholesaler who can help us out. We have cash so there won't be any holdups if the deal is right for both of us.
