Hello,

I am from Savannah GA but currently living/working out of south florida.I own SFR in south florida but looking to get back into the savannah market.I have cash as well as access to private money and am looking to meet up with local investors.Would consider being a silent equity partner in larger multifamily deals primarily student housing.
