I have a1996 doublewide for Sale at the price of $8,900. This home is currently sitting on a 1/2 acre in Augusta. This is a handyman's special and needs work including the roof and floors but can be a great home in a good location.
There are 2 options available for this purchase:

Option 1 - Purchase the doublewide outright and relocate it to your designated location. Cash only purchase.
Option 2 - Keep it on my lot. Purchase of doublewide with 1/2 down, paying $100/mo for remaining balance. Lot rental fee is $350/mo plus utilities and water.
