**Calling All Serious Wholesalers & Investors in Fayetteville (Cumberland County) NC and Surrounding Areas**

I have a growing wholesaling business here in Northern NJ and I am currently expanding my wholesale acquisitions in the Fayerteville, NC market. I am looking for JV partners on the dispositions end to help me close these deals. In other words, I "lock 'em up" and you "close 'em out!"

I'm looking for wholesalers who:

• Have a sizable network of cash/hard money/private money buyers that are ready to purchase and close quickly
• Have an established closing agent that they use (Title Company and/or Attorney) 
• Can be my "Boots on the Ground" to take their buyers to the property and showings and get the deal closed!

I'm looking for serious wholesalers that are actively doing deals only. We will discuss the details but the split will be 50/50 of the assignment free. Looking for lasting business relationships to do deals consistently.
