Mentoring
I am sick of the so called Gurus boasting themselves as unique. If they are unique then they have to help me find a deal and then lead me through the whole process and complete the deal. Then the guru will take a portion of the profit. I am yet to find a guru like that.
Every Guru wants up front fee and no guarantee that whatever they teach will find a deal. I paid $1497 for a six week course and they promised funding up to $500k. Even they provided a deal or no deal software. When I applied for funding they denied funding. In effect I did not get any funding from any of my deals, so that I failed to get the deals. In effect,for $1497 I got an excel spreadsheet to check the deals.
So I want to know if there is any mentors available in BP who will mentor me free, and when I am successful I will share the profit with the mentor.
