Austin TX - ARV $1.5M - Property is on 1/2 acre hillside in the exclusive WESTLAKE HIGHLANDS ! All the plans and design work are under way for a sustainable "GREEN" rehab/upgrade -Complete with Solar, Water reclamation, Windows, HVAC and a pool. 3 Levels of decks will be rebuilt from steel with spiral staircases. A total of 1500 SF will be added to the home. This is a 8-9 month project. Most of the design, measurements and estimates have been completed so this project is ready to take off right after closing on 3/21/16. It should be completed and on the market well inside the timeline included in the budget. Here are the numbers:
