Looking for $330,000.00 For Short Term Vegas Hostile Takeover

We own the 2nd on a SFR in Vegas with a BPO of $420k. First has agreed to accept $320k with a UPB of $400k. We are owed $200k & want to payoff the first 1st and resell the property in a great area. Plenty of meat on the bone for everyone.
