7 Homes for 1 Price near Abilene

Hello, all!

I came across a deal where a landlord is trying to unload 7 properties for 1 fairly low price. All 7 homes are rented and have the potential to set up lease-options with tenants. I need a cash buyer that would be interested in these before negotiations start. Please Reply if you are actively investing near Abilene, TX. Thanks!
