Superstars Only! Outside Sales - $60K to $100K+++

This job is probably not for you. Do not apply unless you are an absolute superstar sales rep and can prove it. We are only looking for people who can produce outstanding results and not simply produce a lot of activity. We are looking for someone to come and join our hard working company in the real estate industry (we buy houses). If you are a GREAT salesperson you can earn $60,000 with us, and if you are a STAR salesperson, and can prove it, you can earn over $100,000. If you have what it takes to sell, we’ll give you a chance to prove it. We don’t hire backgrounds - we hire top producers! We don’t hire activity, we hire results. You do not need to have sales experience or be licensed, but we are looking for people who are the best at whatever they do. What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your intense & enthusiastic resourcefulness.

The main weapon’s you’ll use to earn $60K - $100K+ will be your smart-phone and car (this position requires travel throughout most of Metro Detroit). If you don't like talking on the phone or meeting with people, then we wish you the best of luck. If you believe a “NO” from a home seller is the final answer, then best of luck to you & please do not waste the time to apply. However, if you have the grit to push through all the “NOs” coupled with the drive and discipline to close a deal, then you will be in the right place to determine how much money you will take home this year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage leads in our company's CRM.

2. Meet with distressed sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash.

3. Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed.

4. Must be able to follow companies closing sequence.

5. Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.

6. Must be motivated to bring in outside business.

7. Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

A professional, sharp dresser that understands success comes through hard work and tenacity. This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or whatever means possible. This candidate is a fast starter and is extremely money motivated who is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career. This person doesn't whine or make excuses; they get results and are proud of it. This candidate can follow instructions and is detail orientated.

No experience is necessary, but you must be able to “melt” the phone lines with your stubborn resourcefulness. We work hard, make a ton of money, and have a lot of fun in the process.

We have a heavy marketing budget for our team which means we provide quality leads for you. We are marketing machines and train our team to track down and convert leads like absolute master closers. You must be resourceful to convert! We also have an impeccable back office CRM system that will allow you to work remotely while overtaking our competition in both knowledge and efficiency.

Our marketing machine, back office CRM and one-on-one training will “bring you to the water” of closing deals and if you “drink of the water” (i.e. produce) then you will shoot-the-moon and become a rock star in the real estate investing business. No joke, we will be committed to making you this rock star! However, if you don’t “drink of the water” we bring you in front of, then we will become a memory to each other in short order.

We work with real estate agents, other professionals and directly with homeowners to provide us with below market value houses. We close fast, buy “as is”, have an amazing reputation and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria. Your job will be to help the company acquire properties from these lead sources by calling them and meeting with them face-to-face. You do NOT need to have a real estate license.

Compensation: This position has a salary plus uncapped commissions with quality leads provided for you. Your average commission per deal will be $1000-$2000, sometimes much larger.

This position is not location dependent, you do not need to report to an office. Locations you are likely to require travel to: Canton, Farmington, Livonia, Redford, Garden City, Troy, Royal Oak, Ferndale, Rochester Hills, Birmingham, Sterling Heights, Chesterfield, Clinton Twp, Saint Clair Shores, Warren, Roseville and any surrounding city in Metro Detroit.
