Buy and Hold Private Money Investors NJ
As an investor and real estate agent, I would like to know if there are any private investors that are willing to JV and are looking for buy and hold properties in NJ? I cannot put a substantial amount of money down at this moment, but I have been finding some great opportunities and have the time to make sure that every bit of the transaction goes according to plan.
