Building A Cash Buyers List

Hello BP community,

I'm a new wholesaler in the Indianapolis area, currently building a stronger buyers list for the properties available at a discounted price. My question is what are more ways to find buyers whether paying for a list or just by researching?

Good Post, and you have come to the right place.  You can grab a handful of Indy Buyer's from BP, @Shawn Holsapple is a good Buyer, @Ryan Dossey is a good Buyer, and you can meet plenty of other at the local Meetups. You Might also go to the Local Sherrif's Sales to see who is buying there, I also access who has bought with Cash in the local areas recently through the MLS, and send direct Mail out when we get a property under contract..
