Owner Looking for Investor for Historical Bar in Wyoming

This a unique opportunity for the right person. This bar has been a part of our community for a little over 100 years according to the locals and would love to talk to the right person in person with more detail on specific financials. Currently we are looking for an investor at 25% or someone who would be interested in financing the entire project.  We are looking to relocate our business to a more advantageous location with a goal in mind to sell for a greater return.  Currently we have interested buyers that want to purchase once relocated and would love to talk to an interested investor. It isn't necessary nor a deal breaker however, if you are someone who is familiar with this environment and understands the bar business it makes this process that much easier.  You can contact us via email or text message.  A signed Confidentiality Agreement will be required for all inquiries.
