Looking to connect with Wholesalers in Massachusetts
I am currently seeking up to four properties to flip in Massachusetts. I would love to connect with Wholesalers or Agents who currently have deals to offer or who would be willing to add me to their buyers list.
My criteria:
Location: Within 25 miles of Wrentham, MA, outside of Route 128
Property Type: SFR, Duplex/Triplex
Price: Total project cost (acquisition + rehab) of up to $400k per property
Scope of work: Any scale of rehab, would like to avoid tear down but would consider for the right deal
