Rental property financing
I currently have 10 rentals and have 4 under land contract. I have ran into a problem with banks not loaning more money for investment properties. I am looking for lenders that will lend for rental properties that I currently have under land contract and have rented. Houses have good equity and have been rehabbed. looking for long term lending, any suggestions?
